They been there:

Plymouth is a port regional town on the border of Devon and Cornwall. Like every port, it has its own lighthouse. The dominant feature of the town is the majestic citadel standing on the hill, which is still an active military seat and is therefore not accessible to visitors. There is also a watchtower on the other side of the harbor, overlooking the city.
