Place Egg Chateau

The first mention of Egg dates back to 1103. Originally, the water castle changed many owners during its existence and in the first half of the 19th century it was rebuilt into a chateau. The last time the chateau was bought by the factory owner Joseph Maximilian Hartl was in 1939, and his descendants still live here. Guided tours also take place in the chateau, some of which can be seen individually (eg the tower) and a wedding can also be booked here.
