Castle in Marmaris is a bit hidden behind the surrounding buildings, so the best view of it is from the port, or even better from the sea. Oddly enough, it is not at the highest point above the port. As a small bonus, there is a small museum in its premises. It is definitely worth seeing within the tour around the old part of Marmaris.
