National currency: In Iran, the payment is rial (IRR). 1 CZK = approximately 1250 IRR (ie 10,000 rials is approximately 8 CZK). Money exchange: In larger cities, there is no problem with exchanging euros or dollars for rials. However, you have to take all the necessary cash for the trip, as international cards do not work in Iran (perhaps the situation is to improve due to the restrictions of international economic sanctions). There are no Western Union-style money transfers either. But beware of so-called tomans, many Iranians count in tomans to facilitate numbers. 1 toman = 10 rials. This can be abused by taxi drivers when negotiating a price (then they will tell you that prices were meant in tomans not in materials)
