Although French Polynesia is part of France, life here is a bit more hectic than elsewhere in the Pacific, especially in Papeete, Tahiti, and here, too, people live mostly a relaxed Pacific lifestyle. They spend a lot of time with their children by the water, fishing, which they then roast together. People are smiling and friendly.
