A trip to the most beautiful city in South Moravia
At the southern end of the Pálava ridge, just a short distance from the border with Austria, we find the picturesque town of Mikulov. We dominate a beautiful castle standing on a rocky promontory. Other attractions of the city include the picturesque square, the Dietrichstein Tomb, the Goat Castle and the adjacent Holy Hill

A good starting point for a tour can be the parking lot at the southern end of the historic center, from where there is a nice view of the castle.

From the parking lot it is only about 300 meters to the city center. On the Square you will find, for example, the beautiful Sgraffito House U Rytířů, a fountain and an interesting baroque column of the Holy Trinity

After going around the whole castle, you will reach the main entrance, which is guarded by the Blade Tower. There is also a nice fountain in the courtyard. If you are interested in interiors, you can buy tickets here.
