Swimming at the Beach Paliachori
Popular beach
Paliachori is one of the busiest beaches on Milos. The reasons are that it is one of the longest beaches and there are several taverns and plenty of sun loungers and parasols for rent. Additionally, there are nice views of the surrounding cliffs and nice swimming. But there are bigger waves, as on every beach in the south of the island.
View of the western part of the beach
If you want to have a nice view of Paliachori, then head out right from the tavern at the end of the road along a goats trail to the red cliff. After a few minutes you will have the beach at your fingertips. The western part of the beach accessible only from adjacent tavern looks absolutely amazing.
View of the eastern part of the beach
Looking east you can see basically the whole background of the beach. Everywhere else it would basically be almost Robinson-like beach, but here it is one of the busiest.
Colorful cliffs
As in most beaches in the south of the island, also in Paliachori you can find cliffs playing with all colors.
The eastern end of the beach
There are usually only a few visitors at the eastern end of the beach.
