One of the most famous places on the island of Skopelos is located about 5 km south-southwest of the town of Skopelos.

It is a tiny rocky peninsula on which three pine trees grow. The snow-white rock, green pines and azure blue sea form a fantastic composition that is often seen on posters and starred in the film.

A unique view

The place has become a symbol of the island of Skopelos and is featured in many brochures and photographs.

Path along the rock

If you want to get to the pine trees, you have to walk along a narrow path leading up the rock. On the rock, thanks to several trees, you can find shade, sit and enjoy this extraordinary place.

A difficult journey

The site is off the main road near the town of Agnontas. From the road there is an unmarked dirt road with many bumps and potholes. The route is about 1.3 km long and can be driven with great care or comfortably walked. Fortunately, most of the path is shaded.

View

Just before the end of the road and the stony path over the rocks, there is a place to park several cars. From the place there is one of many wonderful views.

Little beach

On the northern side of the rock, it is possible to carefully descend to the sea and enjoy swimming in the clear blue water and swimming between the rocks. The place is popular with divers and snorkelers.

Rock gap

On the southern side of the peninsula there is an interesting rock gap. The place is not very well secured and therefore there is a danger of falling.
