If you are going on a Poon Hill trek from Tatopani and you do not want to or do not have the strength to climb in one day to Ghorepani, stay in one of the Lodz halfway in the village of Sikha. There are an inexhaustible number of loggias in Ghorepani, the same in Ghandruk or Tadapani

You can eat in every loggia you meet along the way, even if you do not live there. Each lodge has its own printed menu, which are quite similar. It is always possible to order oatmeal, rice, noodles, potatoes, spaghetti, pizza, spring roll, omelette, pie. Along the way you will come across a lot of small shops where they sell water, lemonade, biscuits. Basically, you don't have to drag almost any supplies with you on this trek.
