An earthquake, of course, but it can come at any time and there is no reason not to go to Nepal. There are also frequent landslides. Everything can be eliminated by choosing a suitable date with constant weather. Even then, however, avalanches or other whims of nature are not ruled out.
Diseases and health problems
Purify the water, follow the basic hygiene rules, at least from the beginning and it will be fine. Wear a scarf over your mouth and nose (dust everywhere). You'll look like bandits and you'll cough too, but maybe less.
