Teplá Monastery is located on the left bank of the river Teplá 1.5 km south of Teplá.

The Teplá Monastery was founded in 1193 by the Blessed Hroznata.

The monastery is located about 13 km from Marianske Lazne. The drive takes approximately 15 minutes. In front of the monastery there is a large parking lot, which is free. The monastery is open seven days a week. It is possible to see the whole area of the monastery. Some buildings are currently being renovated.
