Jomsom: The entire Mustang area is designated by the airport in Jomsom, which flies from Kathmandu with a transfer in Pokhara. From here you can walk or drive to Kagbeni, where the Upper Mustang begins. Flights are always early in the morning before the famous wind in the Kali Gandaki Valley picks up.
