Area Senja

The island of Senja hides an incredibly diverse nature – from dramatic fjords and rocks rising steeply from sea level, through sandy beaches to peaceful countryside with wetlands and birch and pine forests. In addition to beautiful nature, there are also rarities, such as the largest statue of a troll in the world or a golden toilet. Since the whole island is located beyond the Arctic Circle, it is possible to see the midnight sun and the northern lights.
