The Moravian Karst is important for its cave complex. There are more than 1000 caves. Sloupsko-Šošůvské, Punkevní, Kateřinská, Balcarka, Výpustek are open to the public and once in a while the Bull Rock is open. There is also the most famous abyss in the republic, which we call Macocha
