Area Koh Samet

Koh Samet is one of the popular and easily accessible islands from Bangkok. The whole island falls into Khao Laem Ya – Mu Ko Samet National Park. His only purpose, however, seems to be to collect money from tourists. There are more than 10 beautiful beaches with white sand. The island is T-shaped and inland is wooded. You can get there by ferry from the coastal city of Ban Phe (where a minibus will take you from Bangkok in about 3.5 hours). There is a range of accommodation.
