The city of Tsetserleg, or also Cecerleg (translated as „Garden“), is the administrative center of the Archangay (North Thai) Ajmag. It is 463 km from Ulaanbaatar. It lies at an altitude of 1651 m above sea level, at the southern foot of Mount Bulgan and includes the Dzajajn Chüree monastery complex. The city is interwoven with spacious streets and is one of the most beautiful in the country. From the main museum in the center, the road leads to the Bujandelgeruulech Shrine in the hills from where there is a beautiful view of the entire valley and the Changaj Mountains in the south.
