The church of St. Michael the Archangel (from the 11th century) is situated on a rocky hill above Dražovce, in the town of Nitra. It is dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. It is one of the oldest and most interesting Romanesque churches in Slovakia – not only its preservation, its archaeological finds, but also the unrepeatable atmosphere in its surroundings. The church was depicted in a Slovak 100 crown banknote issued in 1941 and CZK 50 in 1993.
