This hike begins in the saddle of Pustevny (1,018 m above sea level), which is famous for its beautiful folk buildings. Unfortunately, many of them burned down. Fortunately, reconstruction is planned. You can get to the saddle (excluding hiking trails) by a mountain road from the Bečva valley or from the north by the Raztoka chairlift. Thanks to the fact that the saddle is so easily accessible, expect good crowds on weekends in good weather. So it pays to really get up.
