The tallest building in Malaysia and at the same time in Kuala Lumpur is the newly built Merdeka 118 skyscraper. With its height of 679 meters, it is currently the second tallest skyscraper in the world after the Burj Khalifa in the UAE. The skyscraper itself has a strange antenna that, from a certain angle, looks like an old cell phone. Moreover, at night it is as black as Sauron's Tower from Lord of the Rings, especially compared to the white-lit Menara Tower
