Definitely the biggest monument in Rychnov nad Kněžnou is the beautiful Baroque Kolowrat Castle. Its current appearance was signed by the famous architect Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel. There is also a museum and gallery of the Eagle Mountains in the chateau complex. There are two nice courtyards where you will find cages with different species of parrots. You can then refresh yourself in the chateau café.
