It is one of the most famous squares in Bratislava, located on the left bank of the Danube between the SNP bridge and the Slovak National Theater. The square is mainly a pedestrian zone with lots of greenery, in the middle of the square is a longitudinal fountain. Several cultural events take place in the square, as well as Christmas markets.
