A smaller aquarium located on the outskirts of Heraklion. It is a suitable program for families with children and other travelers who want to explore the underwater world that surrounds the island of Crete. I recommend going first thing in the morning (9:30 – 10am), because then the queue for tickets starts to get really long and you are allowed to enter with a delay (15–30min) so that it is not completely crowded inside. The visit lasts about 1 hour.
