Only four kilometers west of the most famous Moroccan dunes of Erg Chebbi is the seasonal Lake Dayet. Here you will find wild camels and flamingos. In good weather, sand dunes are beautifully seen over the water. The lake exists only in the spring. For the rest of the year there is only a desiccated salt bed.
