Place Avlaki beach

The beach is located in the northeastern part of the island. It is a pebble beach, so it can be used for snorkeling and in addition there are no crowds of tourists. The disadvantage of this is that there are no sunbeds and, paradoxically, the surrounding restaurants and bars are much more expensive than in places frequented by tourists. From the beach you can go for a 6 km long walk through the original forest, which does not occur elsewhere on the island.
