Unfortunately, skiing in Bolivia is already history. Chacaltaya was previously famous for skiing, with the highest lift in the world. After the final melting of the glacier, it's just a memory. In any case, it is still popular for tourists who want to overcome a five-thousand-meter elevation with little effort.
