Visit of Palace Tabatabai
Good example of Persian architecture
Magnificent palaces of prominent local families from the late 19th century belong also among the interesting sights in Kashan. Although the most famous is Borūjerdi, it is also worth to see also one hundred meters distant palace Tabatabai, where you can admire beautifully symmetrical Persian architecture. If you can convince (for a fee) the security guards, ascend to the roof, from where is a fine view over the town.

You can get to the roof only on the staircase located right at the entry toll. Additionally, you'll need to bribe them a little to let you in. However, the view is worth it.
