They been there:

Three Wells are often taken as a kind of center of Žďárské vrchy, both in summer and in winter. I'm here in the winter now and I'm at this famous cross-country ski spot. I take it after Nové Město na Moravě as the second cross-country skiing center Tři Studně – Sklené – Vlachovice. Here is a circuit, through these three villages and the villages are the starting point for other routes to the surrounding area. The circuit I rode is gentle, relaxing with pleasant descents and ascents.

The circuit I rode is gentle, relaxing with pleasant descents and ascents. I was very surprised to come here. I didn't expect so many cross-country skiers. One would almost call it a cross-country skiing paradise. Large groups of cross-country skiers, individuals and athletes, as well as families with small children and beginners ride here. The circuit around this center of three villages is less than 7 km, where it is possible to connect to another circuit, such as the direction to the New Town, or to Frýšava or go to Cikháj. Currently, there is about 15–25 cm of snow, which is plenty enough to enjoy here. You just have to expect that there are a lot of cross-country skiers.
