The least known national park in Slovakia brings beautiful and untouched nature, where you will meet a minimum or no people during tourism. It brings beauty not only on the surface but also beneath the surface in similarly beautiful caves and gorges. One of the characteristic features of the national park are mountain meadows, which were grazed and mowed in the past and are currently bred on horses. The center of the park is the unique village of Muráň, above which rises the ruins of Murán Castle.
