Accommodation is possible in the village of Samdo (3780m above sea level), which is about 3 hours from the tent camp Dharmasaaly (4460 meters above sea level), which is about 5 hours from the saddle. In the opposite direction, the nearest village is Bimtang (4–5 h from the saddle, the other way around, I don't know).
