They been there:

Glamis original hunting lodge from the 11th century. For the next century it underwent a change following the example of the French Renaissance. The castle is really majestic and its importance is also due to the huge French garden. This place was made famous by the playwright William Shakespeare in Macbeth. What makes the castle interesting is that the mother of today's Queen Elizabeth II was born here.
