The most beautiful part of Argentine Patagonia is located in the Los Glaciares National Park. On the one hand, there is perhaps the most visited glacier in South America – Perito Moreno, but also the beautiful towers of the Fitz Roy massif. The center of the park is the city of El Calafate, accessible both by air from Buenos Aires and by bus from the south and north.
Day 1 - Arrival in El Calafate

Most tourists start visiting the Glaciares National Park by arriving in the local capital of El Calafate. There are regular flights from Buenos Aires or you can easily get here from Chilean Puerto Natales. The city itself is full of souvenirs and tourist agencies.
