This inconspicuous park near St. George is the gateway to the pearls of Utah. Snow Canyon has been inhabited since 200 AD and then by Indians in the 13th century Paiute Indians until the mid-19th century. The park was later discovered by Mormon pioneers in the 1950s. The park has become a much sought after filmmaker, but also offers camping and hiking trips to the surroundings.
