Karakoram Highway go through Hunza valley, so it is quite easy to get here.

Travelling by plane

The nearest airport is in Gilgit (accessible by flight from Islamabad), located just a short distance from an important road junction to the Hunza Valley or across the Ronda Canyon to the climbing Skard.

Travelling by bus

  • Southwards to Gilgit and then to Islamabad, Skardu or anywhere else is the traffic very busy.
  • Northtowards the northernmost Pakistani area of ​​Gojal, to Khunjerab pass or to China is the traffic considerably weaker. Mainly because of the amazing landslide lake Attabad, from which gradually becomes a favourite trip destination. But even so, traveling this way is also without problems.
