Between the towns of Grundarfjörður and Ólafsvík, on the Snæefell Peninsula, lies the 463-meter high Kirkjufell Mountain. The mountain together with the nearby Kirkjufellfoss Waterfall creates a beautiful scenery and is one of the most frequently photographed places in Iceland.
