One of the attractions of the town of Jičín is the quarry on the hill Čeřovka. Directly above it rises the Milohlídka lookout tower – the oldest in the Bohemian Paradise. Huge quarry above Střelč

Střelečská hůra (456 m above sea level), sometimes marked on the map as Velká hora, belongs to the highest peaks of the Bohemian Paradise. Despite the fact that just a short distance from the top there is a red hiking trail connecting Prachovské skály with Trosky, few people climbed to the top of this hill or went to see the huge quarry here.
