Uganda lying on the equator between the western shore of Lake Victoria and the ridge of misty mountains Rwenzori (Ruwenzori) is by tourists far less frequently visited than neighboring Kenya and Tanzania, while it has a lot to offer for lovers of safari and tourists admiring here the local mountains with unique endemic vegetation. The biggest attraction, however, are mountain gorillas near the border with Rwanda and Congo in the National Park Mgahinga and Bwindi.
