The ascent begins with a slight ascent of about 2 hours along the green mark from Tatranská Polianka to Sliezký dům, where about 2 hours of more intense ascent over the Polish ridge to the top of Východná Vysoká are needed. During the trip I walk through one of the few places in the Tatras where we can enjoy the view of Gerlachovský štít. From the top there are wonderful views of Slovakia and Poland.
