Swimming in Pamukkale and Hierapolis
- Remember to have a swimsuit, so you can also swim either in artificial ponds or in a ditch beside the path.
- A lot of people are looking forward to a swim in the ancient pool, but it is overcrowded and entrance fee is exorbitant.
Warning
- Sunglasses are an absolute necessity – snow white travertines combined with the strong sun are otherwise very uncomfortable.
