Clear blue lake
We took a break in North Cascades National Park and went on our way to Blue Lake. There are many similar lakes and each of them has a small parking lot, so if you do not catch one, you will stop at the other and take a walk. It is about an hour's drive to Blue Lake with an elevation gain of 200–300 meters, but you can really see paradise on earth here.

Clear blue lake
We took a break in North Cascades National Park and went on our way to Blue Lake. There are many of these lakes and there is a small parking lot for each of them, so if you don't catch one, we'll stop at the other and take a walk. It is about an hour's drive to Blue Lake with an elevation gain of 200–300 meters, but one can really see paradise on earth. The road is first on a plain in a beautiful forest and after about 30 minutes it starts to climb and the landscape opens up, thanks to a recent avalanche. From here it is constantly rising to the saddle where this beautiful lake is located. There is a remnant of a log cabin, so this place was probably owned by someone favorite. The cabin appears to have been destroyed for a long time. There are trails around the lake, so a walk is possible around it.
Avalanche landscape
An avalanche has fallen here in recent years, sweeping away everything that stood in its way. Up in the saddle is a lake.

Here you can see the colored rocks of the mountains
Arrival to the lake
The coming is divine
Abandoned log cabin
Maybe it belonged to a hunter, a gold digger, a tramp, or someone else.
