The highest peak in Terskey Ala-Too

Peak Karakol (5 216 m asl) is heavily glaciated mountain at the end of the valley Karakol. It is also the highest peak of the entire mountain range Terskey Ala-Too. The best view of it is directly from the footpaths leading through the valley. But the mountain will peek out just after you conquer the first moraine with small lakes.
