One of the symbols of the island of Rhodes is the castle of Monolithos on a hundred meters high rock. This castle has never been recharged in its history. From the parking lot it is only a few tens of meters to the castle by a nice stone staircase. There are beautiful views from the top. There is also a white chapel.
