Visit to the brewery in Plasy
Almost everyone who visits the historic town of Plasy also visits the reconstructed Knížecí brewery. Beer was brewed here as early as the 16th century, but it was only reopened in 2015. They have seven of their own beers on tap from 10 Vašnosta to 14 Císař pán. The interior of the restaurant is also worth a visit.

The summer garden in front of the brewery doesn't look anything special, and even from this point of view you can't imagine how big the interiors are waiting for you inside.

Like every microbrewery, Knížecí pivovar in Plasy has a wide range of its own beers such as Pilsner type, ALE, IPA. So you can try and taste for quite some time.

The interior of the Knížecý pivovar is very nicely done and you can see that it was recently renovated. It doesn't look bad here at all.
