They been there:

Černá Desná springs at an altitude of 1025 m between Černý vrch and Jizera. Its flow is very short 13km. It immediately flows into the Souš reservoir and this river is formed by cascading waterfalls. Subsequently, it flows into Kamenice. The place is not very popular, but still beautiful.
