There are a huge number of hotels of all price groups in Pokhara. Especially in the low season, hoteliers will argue about you and you will get a lot of music for little money.

Loggias are very common on frictions. Problems with accommodation are only on the route to ABC Annapurna, where there are often far more tourists than accommodation options.
