Canyon of Navajo Tribe
The National Monument Canyon de Chelly is very beautiful, yet relatively less well-known. The most famous formation here is a huge rock tower – Spider Rock. It is basically an area with several canyons. Around the two largest – Canyon de Chelly and Canyon del Muerto leads a scenic road with several beautiful stops. Trekking at the bottom of the canyon is only allowed with ranger. There are the remains of the old pueblos of the Indian tribe Navajo.
