There are absolutely all levels of accommodation – from dirty rooms after a flood of cheap and simple accommodation for magnificent hotel palaces in big cities. Everybody chooses.
Mountain huts and lodges

There are virtually no lodges of the Nepalese style. Small hotels are often located in the bases of the treks.
Camping

- Camping in the wildness is possible basically anywhere. But it is necessary to take into account that even in the high mountains there are villages with shepherds, so it is always better to ask the locals whether it is reasonable to put up a tent on the first nice meadow you come across.
- In some areas there are places prepared for camping, sometimes with the so-called „tea tents“ / e.g. campground at Markha Valley trek /, where you can accommodate in case of emergency, have a hot tea with yak milk or buy basic food. You pay a small fee to the operators here, usually 100RS.
