Only a few archaeological pavilons in the world have their own beautiful beach as the mayan ruins in Tulum. Visit of this well preserved monument is spiced by ubiquitous iguanas basking on hot stones.

Temple of the God of the winds

Temple of the God of the wind built tactically on a small rocky promontory used to guard a small cove at the entrance to the complex. This beach is forbidden for entry, because sea turtles come here to lay eggs.
