You don´t need your own tent on the trek to the lake Tilicho. There are several options where it is possible to stay at the lodge. However, be aware that this short trek is becoming increasingly popular and accommodation options are not wide.
Mountain huts and lodges
The main accommodation is in the village of Khangsar least three lodge you will find here. The same applies to Tilicho BC. Moreover, it built a new lodge halfway between Khangsar and Tilicho BC.
Camping
Having a tent on the trek around Annapurna or even on a trip to Lake Tilicho, where countless lodges seem like pure crap.
