Hike to the bear stone
Between the Rychlebské Mountains and the Zlatohorská Highlands, in the landscape of springs of healing water and clean air, lies the town of Jeseník. Let's explore this beautiful region full of natural resources and greenery.
Jeseník Spa
From the bus station, follow the red sign towards the train station. After crossing the bridge over the Staříč stream, we will continue along the Jesenická toulka II nature trail. After the ascent, a view of Ripper's promenade and the adjacent park opens up.
Hundreds of springs
We pass the Priessnic sanatorium and set off again along the red mark up into the green forest with countless springs and a trickle.
Bear stone
From the viewpoint at Medvědí kamen we can see the main ridge of the Rychlebské Mountains and the Šerák Mountain, which belongs to the Hrubý Jeseník. And somewhere below us is our next stop.
Cave On The Border
Our steps continue along the nature trail through the Rychlebské Mountains Region to the Na Pomezí Cave. It is a karst cave with stalactite decoration created by dissolving marble.
Return
After visiting the cave, we continue along the green to the railway crossing in Lipové lázně. From here, our steps lead to a yellow sign (NS Schroth-Priessnitz) to Jeseník.
