Suľovské skaly is located about 20 km southwest of the town of Žilina, in Súľovské vrchy. The highest point is the peak Brada (816 m asl). There is relatively small area of rock towers, steep beams, needles, rock windows, and often bizarre holes. Probably the most famous building is the Gothic Gate. There are also two caves and the ruins of the Súľovský Castle in Souľovské skály. There are rare fauna and flora. There is a marked educational trail throughout the area. The route is not demanding
